An MSU graduate, she specialized in testing and data analysis with CentralStar Cooperative, and skillfully led the Human Resource On-Farm Training program with Dairy Solutions. As Manager of Arlene Resource Management, Beth leverages her profound understanding of farmers' unique needs. Beyond her professional commitments, she cherishes family.

A seasoned Crew Manager, boasts 5 years of hands-on agriculture experience and a remarkable 8-year tenure managing crews at Dutchman Tree Farm and ARM. His leadership prowess shines as he efficiently orchestrates contracts, ensuring farms meet their goals by matching the right talent to the right tasks, making him a pivotal asset to the team. His wife and 4 children are the joy of his life and the motivation for all that he does.

Our esteemed Crew Manager, boasts a remarkable journey at Dutchman Tree Farms, beginning in 2003. He ascended to lead his own crew in 2005 and currently oversees a workforce exceeding 100 through the H2A Visa program. With a translation career that commenced at just 15 years old, Apolinar brings industrious teams and extensive agricultural service to Michigan and Wisconsin. His unwavering dedication, hard work, and steadfast leadership profoundly enrich the ARM team. 

As Crew Manager, embarked on his journey at Dutchman Tree Farms, cultivating expertise in planting pots, trimming pine trees, and cutting pine trees. His experience expanded at ARM, where diverse projects across cherry, apple, and peach farms enhanced his skills and knowledge. Working collaboratively as a team has not only shaped Diego as a seasoned worker but also brought forth new experiences in his role as a supervisor, emphasizing his dedication to continual growth and excellence.

As Crew Manager, embarked on his career journey with ARM. In his inaugural year managing people, Pedro oversees job assignments and relishes the excitement of navigating new locations and meeting diverse individuals. Pedro is dedicated to the challenges and a commitment to continually strive for excellence in his responsibilities.

A dedicated Crew Manager, combines over 3 years at Dutchman Tree Farms and at ARM, bringing a rich background to the team. Focused on optimizing team performance, Salvador serves as a committed supervisor. His unwavering commitment, fueled by family strength, remains resilient even in the face of distance challenges. Salvador's relentless pursuit of excellence reflects his passion for cultivating success within his team.

Our esteemed Office Administrator brings over 30 years of invaluable experience in customer service to the table. With a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, Carrie's exceptional communication and problem-solving skills ensure efficient resolution of any issues that may arise. When she's not dedicated to her duties at ARM, Carrie enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren and managing her secondhand retail store.

Our dedicated Payroll Administrator brings two decades of invaluable experience in the grocery industry to the table. She has spent the last five years with Dutchman as an account associate before making her transition to ARM. Beyond her impressive career, Karen's personal life is equally fulfilling, with over 40 years of marriage, two loving children, and the joy of six cherished grandchildren. Her commitment to precision and dedication is evident in every aspect of her life.

Our Operations Assistant, brings a wealth of experience, with 21 dedicated years at Home Depot. She's worn various hats, from Operational Manager to Merchandiser and Department Supervision, gaining a diverse skill set along the way. Amy's expertise extends a warm welcome to the ARM team, where she excels in nurturing relationships with colleagues and fostering a collaborative atmosphere and is eager to contribute her talents for many more to come. 

Our versatile Compliance Coordinator/Fleet Manager, embarked on her journey at Dutchman Tree Farms, initially tagging trees and cutting Christmas trees. Over the course of four years, she honed her skills in office management, compliance, vehicle coordination, and administrative duties, seamlessly transitioning between Dutchman and ARM. Megan's multifaceted background and hands-on experience make her an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring operational compliance and efficient fleet management.

Adeptly titled as Office Ninja and Social Media Manager, brings over 3 years of expertise in office administration and customer service to ARM. As a bilingual and detail-oriented professional, she seamlessly multitasks both within the office and beyond.
